Been serious in my relationship with the Lord for the last 7 years. I have a wonderful church and amazing church family who gives me such a sense of love and belonging. I am happy married with 4 children,4 step children and 1 amazing grand daughter. My Pastor went to Shepard school here and when I heard recently that women could do general ministries I decided to do it. Not really for any other reason that to have the extensive in depth knowledge of the word and to be able to be more of a light to those around me. I take the task of being a fisher of men & women seriously. I want to be equipped with all that I can to help grow the family of our Lord and savior. I’m so thankful for this opportunity. My name is Keaton Evans and I am going through class this year at Shepherd School. I have been a follower of Christ for quite some time now. Although I have worked at the same job for almost 14 years now, Pastoring has always been on my heart. I finally decided to take some steps towards that and listened to where God is calling me so I am very excited for these next 2 years in this class. My wife and kids (two boys) are equally as excited so that added support system and prayer team is definitely comforting. I look forward to getting to know everyone involved with this class not only as being classmates/mentors, but more importantly as brothers in Christ.
