It was really good to see how rules and principles are contrasted- a rule is something that requires outward obedience, but a principle requires moral character- from within- and helps to steer our lives in a continual direction.

I also loved how the core principles that Pastor Scott gave come straight from the scriptures- Ephesians 4:11-16, which is God’s model of how a church works. These core values are easily taught and hopefully will be caught by our leadership team and staff. I am looking forward to getting to pass this on.

Thank you for so clearly giving us these principles that lead us to disciple others and give ministry away. This Bible College has truly been a Godsend to me!
